What Is the Brave Culture Shift Lab?

A 4-week, live, cohort-based experience where you’ll learn a simple but powerful framework for brave leadership: Cost-Clarity-Choice.

Here’s how it works:

  • Cost: Name what leadership is really costing you (without shame or judgment)
  • Clarity: Distinguish between what’s yours to carry and what belongs to the system
  • Choice: Make small, brave decisions that let you stay in the work without abandoning yourself

This is not a lecture series.

This is a collaborative leadership lab where you’ll practice these skills in real time, alongside other brave leaders who understand what you’re up against.

You’ll explore:

  • Where you’re leaking energy, compassion, and purpose
  • How to recognize when you’re triggered—and use the ‘Pause Before Push’ practice in real time

Outcome: A clear picture of what’s sustainable and what’s not—without shame or judgment.

Week 2 — Clarity: What’s Actually Yours to Carry?

Theme: Distinguishing between responsibility and over-responsibility

You’ll explore:

  • Culture mapping: Identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities on your team
  • What belongs to you vs. what belongs to the system
  • How to reconnect to your original purpose: You got into healthcare to help people—what does that actually require?

Outcome: Clarity on what’s yours—and permission to release what isn’t.

Week 3 — Choice: Designing Your Brave Leadership Plan

Theme: Small, brave shifts that protect your integrity

You’ll explore:

  • Boundaries as leadership—not withdrawal
  • The Brave Yes / Brave No filter: How to make choices that honor your capacity
  • Collaborating with peers to brainstorm culture-shift strategies that are aligned and workable

Outcome: A tangible plan for one brave choice you can make this week—and every week after.

Week 4 — Integration: Leading With Confidence & Clarity

Theme: Sustainable leadership in systems that resist change

You’ll explore:

  • Implementation framework: How to stay aligned when systems push back
  • Strengthening communication & influence without self-abandonment
  • Clarity on your next steps—including whether deeper 1:1 coaching is right for you

Outcome: A culture-shift roadmap you can implement with confidence—and the courage to stay in the work without losing yourself.
