What’s Included: The Complete Partnership

This isn’t just coaching sessions. It’s a full-year ecosystem of support designed to help you stay grounded, aligned, and courageous—even when systems resist.

Monthly Rhythm

  • Two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions per month

Deep-dive sessions on your most pressing leadership challenges. These aren’t surface conversations—we go into the hard stuff: the boundary you’re afraid to set, the conflict you’re avoiding, the pattern you keep repeating. We root these sessions in the Cost-Clarity-Choice framework, and every session is recorded so you can revisit insights when you need them.

  • Unlimited email/Voxer support between sessions

You don’t have to wait for your next session when you’re in the thick of it. Quick check-ins, real-time support during challenging moments, voice or text—your choice. This is about having a grounded presence in your corner when you need it most.

Quarterly Rhythm

  • Four (4) Strategic Planning Sessions (one per quarter)

Every 90 days, we pause to zoom out. We assess where you are, recalibrate your goals, and map your vision for the next quarter. This is how you stay aligned over the long haul—not by white-knuckling through the year, but by adjusting your course as you grow.

Deep-Dive Leadership Lab Intensives

  • Three (3) Leadership Lab Sessions (your choice of focus)

These are 90-minute intensive sessions where we take one specific area of your leadership and redesign it from the ground up. You choose the focus based on what’s costing you the most.

Choose from:

  • Communication Audit Lab: Reviewing and refining how you show up in emails, meetings, and messages—building communication patterns that honor your boundaries
  • Culture Framework Lab: Building or refining a team culture strategy that’s authentic to you and sustainable for your team
  • Boundary Architecture Lab: Creating sustainable systems for saying yes and no without guilt—this often naturally improves calendar management as an outcome
  • Meeting Design Lab: Making meetings matter—or eliminating them entirely

Each lab includes pre-work reflection, the 90-minute intensive, a custom implementation plan, and a 30-day follow-up check-in.

Cost-Clarity-Choice workbooks, Pause Before Push reminder cards, Brave Yes/No decision trees, culture mapping templates, and leadership reflection prompts—all the tools we use, yours to keep.

  • Two (2) ‘In the Fire’ emergency sessions per year

Sometimes you need support right now. These 30-minute emergency sessions are available same-day or next-day when you’re in crisis. Use them when you need them most.

I only take on six (6) coaching partnerships per year to maintain the quality and presence this work requires. Many of these partnerships are by invitation—leaders I’ve worked with in other contexts or who come highly recommended.

This helps me understand where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this partnership is the right fit for you right now.

Step 2: Clarity Call with Angie (45 minutes, complimentary)

If your application is a strong fit, I’ll invite you to a clarity call. We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and readiness. We’ll determine if we’re aligned for partnership, and if so, we’ll design your custom coaching focus areas together.

Step 3: If aligned, you’ll receive your coaching agreement

Step 4: We begin within 2 weeks of signing
